â–¶How do I request an RMA?
Submit a hardware support ticket with your device serial number and description of the issue. If an RMA is warranted, we'll provide a shipping label and replacement.
â–¶What is the warranty period?
All OttoHome hardware comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
â–¶My device isn't responding, what should I do?
Try a power cycle first (unplug for 10 seconds). Check the LED status. If issues persist, submit a ticket with photos of the LED state.
â–¶How do I update firmware?
Firmware updates are delivered automatically via the OttoHome Cloud. Ensure your hub is connected to the internet and updates will install during low-activity periods.
