What is the difference between Personal and Pro?
Personal is for individuals and families accessing their own home remotely. Pro adds company account management, team roles, multi-site management, and advanced reporting.
How does Installer pricing work?
Installer accounts pay a flat 100 EUR/year company fee, then 50 EUR/year per user (technician). This gives the company the ability to remotely manage an unlimited number of client hubs.
Are all plans billed annually?
Yes. All paid plans are billed once per year.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid annual period.
